Eating Conch in the Bahamas

Conch is so delicious! As I’m anxious for spring to arrive, I have been thinking back to the warm weather and cold seafood I love to eat. Conch came to mind.

I’ve only had it in the Bahamas, and a good thing because it is mostly associated with the Bahamas! I was not disappointed. The other Caribbean nations serve it as well, but in different styles such as soup or ceviche.
