You know that picture of that perfect turquoise blue crescent beach you see of Curaçao?
That is Grote Knip – by far the most photographed beach of all Curaçao beaches.
It shows off perfection. It’s not too big and not too small. The atmosphere is great, never too crowded and never too empty. Swimming is comfortable, snorkeling is great, and there are food and drinks for purchase.
The best part (and difference) is that there is a spot where you can look out onto the ocean and snag these shots of Grote Knip yourself! No need to be on a plane or boat. Grab your camera and get yourself in the shot!
*Grote Knip is also referred to as Playa Abou and is located between the villages of Lagun and Westpunt.
