To see the most famous fountain of them all, head to Trevi Fountain.

Recently renovated, it stands as a symbol for the three Popes who created it. The main theme of this fountain is the sea.

Fountain of the Four Rivers

Located in Piazza Navona, the Fountain of the Four Rivers stands in the center of the plaza for all to see. The four rivers used to represent the gods while now they represent the four continents – Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas.

Triton Fountain

Another fountain celebrating papal residency, Titon Fountain is one that many have seen pictures of or references to.

As the first “public fountain” in the early years, now it is available for all to see in the Plaza de Barberini.
